The Member of Parliament ( MP) for Ledzokuku Constituency Hon Benjamin Narteh Ayiku on Friday, 14th April 2023, donated some equipment to the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) at Teshie in Accra.
The support was in response to a requestb by the Municipal Fire Services to improve upon their work effectively within the constituency.
According to the MP, the donation was also part of his commitment to the development of the constituency.
The items comprised NASCO R410 Air Conditioner ( indoor and outdoor units ),HP Laser Jet MFP printer, Digital Projector,Desk Top Computer and accessories, Lenovo system units with monitors and Led streetlights.
Receiving the items on behalf of GNFS, the Municipal Chief Fire Officer, DO I Sabina Oppong- Adjei expressed gratitude to the MP for responding their request on time.
She assured the MP the equipment would be put to proper use as requested for.
Other senior officers present at the presentation were ADO II Christopher Akita and ADO II Abraham Ashong.
The MP was accompanied by constituency and branch executives led by chairman Seth Nii Attoh Sowah.
